I have my quest that I'm trying to repair, at the moment it is leaking a large amount of air through the solenoid or right before it gets in it. I took apart the frame so I could pin point where the leak was coming from and it was coming through the solenoid. I also tried shooting the gun with the leak and it would shoot a little amount of air like the solenoid was blown.

I bought a noid on here from a guy who said has never used it and put it in and had the same problem. I replaced the bolt o-rings and had the same problem. I have an older board so I don't have a manual to reset it back to stock settings, is there anythings else I should try?

The solenoid will sound like it's "blown" if you are putting too much pressure into it. Make sure that your lpr is set to about 80 or 90 psi.

The noid compensates for over pressurization by releasing the extra pressure into the frame.

Check your hpr and lpr pressures. Then let us know of the problem persists.

you lube the noid gasket when you put the new one on? and what he said ^^^

just did both of your ideas and still has the leak, any more suggestions?

When you have the leak, is the LPR pressure on the gauge higher than normal, or does it stay the same?

screw the lp adjustment scew all the way out(don't remove it just unscrew it) - pull open the lpr and set the cap, washer and spring aside. make like you're going to remove the piston but don't pull it out all the way past the 1st ring basically leave it were it would be with the adjustment screw all the way out( make sure it's centered).
Maybe the lpr piston is sticking in a position that is letting too much air through and therfore overloading the solenoid and causing it to vent.

once you've "reset" the piston repeat the process of gradually opening the lp until the bolt slides back then continue anothe 1/4 to 1/2 turn till you get to 80-100psi on the gauge
