03 Impulse will not rip
Hey,
I was wondering if there is a way to make the trigger less stiff on my impulse. My PM and Ego both have much softer pulls, and I can't walk my impulse like the other two. Any help?

1. Find a girl
2. Engage in "heavy petting"
3. Try to shoot old school gun faster (with improved finger mobility and strength)then before
Rinse, repeat
Forserious though, you could try cutting the return spring a little bit but beware that you don't cut it too much. Also check to see if your particular trigger has a magnetic return adjustment.

You can still find some magnetic triggers for the old Impy's, I will check my box to see if I still have a silver magnetic one around. Cutting the spring will still give you the same spring tension as before, see if loosening up the top screw will lighten it a bit and readjust the trigger throw after doing so.

Start with what trigger you have. A picture is worth a lot. Lots of guys knock out one of the two trigger pins to let it walk better too.

Lol @ rinse repeat... The eclipse blade trigger. Came stock on most 2k3's/PL's, it was magnetic. I took my old blade trigger, removed the magnets, and put in a spring from a cheap bank pen, some modifications were made to the spring, but all in all, my WAS'd nasty can outshoot most of today's guns's.... Also, I have seen people modify the micro switch to make the trigger, but be careful. You don't Want to ruin the switch!!! Hope this helps
On another subject. What were they thinking manufacturing those old school magnet triggers, it slowed the trigger pull down by milliseconds, and we all know how that every lil millisecond on your side counts

It was hard to get my imp trigger to be as sensitive as alot of todays markers are. I had the same problem myself. just play with it the best you can imo. Stock triggers crap. hope you upgraded it at least.
