My project: Liquid X (custom x mill bushy) *polishing* (tons of pics)

been wanting to mill/cut my bushy for years and years, finally got around to it, did the usual cut people with X mills do, but i did it a little different, i think it flows better and looks pretty awesome lol, and i smoothed all the body lines and got rid of all the hard edges to make it look as smooth and flowy as possibly. i wanted it to have that liquid wet look when i get it anno'd, this will kinda be a thru the stages build thread lol also im like a ocd perfectionist so its gunna turn out great, trust me lol, this isnt gunna be some quick hack job

got the gun brand new from icd back in 2002 or when ever the X mills first came out, got all the vaporworks stuff done to it, stage 3 vapormods or w/e, vapor valve, vapor bolt, had them install eyes on it, got the vaporworks hosed micro rock adapter, lapco VASA, and palmer regs, CCM no rise feedneck, had a few vapor boards, 2k4, 2k6, 2k7, bought a macdev sonic frame off one of my friends, and heres how it was for the longest time,

then recently started pickin up new/used parts
picked up a T2 V2 from gregicd

then got
a CCM no pro off ebay
a GBR off etipp98, have another ordered from gregs batch that were all waiting patiently for lol
a zeni 15* asa off Dyemonic
traded that busted CP reg + cash for a brand new 14in .689 stiffi off craigslist
some brand new 32* sticky angel lcd grips off ebay

my DM4 reg will be used in the rest of the pics just for mock up

and i reworked the sloppy uncomfortable T2 trigger to make it smoother and lose most of the side to side play

tapered the back middle part of the trigger that goes into the frame, rounded the edges of the trigger and sanded and polished the whole trigger, and used 2 pieces of wax paper as ghetto shims on both sides of the trigger to eliminate most of the side to side play, trigger feels waaaay better now, so much more comfy and easier to walk, before itd get like cought up on the sides of the trigger

and then i got a brand new zeni hoseless micro rock adapter

next up, the body work!

then started attacking the hard edges and body lines, smoothing everything out... oh and i also tapered the top tube after the feedneck, tapered it downward some to kinda mimic the taper on the bottom tube

but im gunna start sanding on the body again, theres some deep scratches that the buffer couldnt get out, gotta re-sand it again to get those deep like 600 or 800 grit scratches out, and then polish it again...
