Try cleaning and lubing the bolt. Have you been messing with the reg, it may be over pressurized.
If these are not the culprits, it is probably an oring that needs to be replaced, if you have your manual it will tell you which ones need replacing to fix your specific leak.

You posted a problem with your Rail in the Proto Matrix section, and you said the above advice fixed it...

Follow the manual for replacing orings for a leak out the breach.

too much lube? undersized oring? scratch in the can or really anywhere on the bolt? the leak is out the barrel?

Check the orings on the tail end of the bolt. Or the 3 in the center of the bolt, make sure they are the right size and also check the slots the rings are sitting in for any debris. Can you fire the gun when its leaking? Some times mine will leak until I fire it, then it seals up and works fine all day.

it makes a sort of putting sound instead of shooting and does not seal up.

all orings have been replaced and are right size

Like I've reiterated multiple times, raise the dwell to stock. Numerous times my Rail has started out with a leak when I screw in my air tank and as soon as I cycle it (dry fire) a few times it's gone all day.
