green lantern - 6/10. not nearly as craptastic as i was expecting. i actually liked ryan reynolds as hal jordan.
aliens in the attic - 4/10. didn't have 1/10 the charm of toy story or the like.
the wrestler - 8/10. really liked mickey rourke. just an overall good movie even if the ending was extremely vague.

Dark knight rises (8.5/10)- good movie but not as good as the second one in my opinion. also you can tell how warner brothers had to re-do the audio of bane in order to understand his lines better. I think it was an interesting interpretation of bane but not what i traditionally considered. I always think of bane as a muscled out giant. Also i think the voice that the actor choose to use would have fit a mr. freeze more than a bane.

The Dark Knight Rises - 8/10, only because it strayed away from what really happened in the comics, and changed bane around a bit. Also 2 was better simply because of heath ledgers acting performance (Best acting performance of all time IMO--He literally died for the movie)

I don't think I would go that far.
"In talking with Interview magazine after his death Ledger's former fiance Michelle Williams also confirmed reports the actor had experienced trouble sleeping. "For as long as I'd known him, he had bouts with insomnia. He had too much energy. His mind was turning, turning, turning – always turning."
"Williams began dating Australian actor and Brokeback Mountain co-star Heath Ledger in 2004 after meeting on the set of their film."
So he had been dealing with insomnia since at least 2004 and using a lot of medications to help with it.
"Mr. Heath Ledger died as the result of acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam and doxylamine."
One sleepless night he decided to up the dosage and that was his mistake.
The role of the joker may have played a small part in his death, I'll give you that.

pretty sure it was suicide. Nobody takes a literal handful of pills on accident.

Well of course it was suicide, but whether it was intentional or not is up for debate. He had a lot of medications in his system and I don't see it being too far fetched of an idea that after a sleepless night he would up the dose.
In my opinion, it wasn't an intentional suicide. He was dealing with a respiratory illness, he just broke up with his fiance in late 2007 to early 2008, and the man just wanted some sleep for once. (After typing that up it does sound like it could have been intentional...But like I said, it's up for debate.)

IMO, anyone taking enough pills to kill themself(whether you think its intentional or not), is clearly in pretty bad shape.

I've done it before without suicidal intentions and ended up in ICU for a couple days. Sometimes people just don't realize what they've done until it's too late.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo: 9.5/10
Great movie that had you running in circles until the end. Would have been a 10 if I had not guessed who the killer was so easily, but the twist in that was great.
**** that ending though. **** it to hell.

[REC]3: Genesis - 1/10
Made it 25 minutes in. Has absolutely nothing to do with the original 2, except for the 'zombies' or infected people. At 20 minutes it switched from the original amateur footage style to straight cinema style. The 'zombies' looked stupid, the gore looked fake, the story was horrible, everything was cheesy as ****. There was absolutely nothing scary about it.
What surprises me is it was directed by the same guy as the first 2, and those were amazing and genuinely scary. He ****ed this up horribly.

Wet Hot American Summer- 5/10. Had some funny parts, but with the cast it had I thought it would be way better.

dark knight rises- 8/10
gripes: messed up banes story, was a bit lengthy, casting for talia was terrible.
i really wanted harley quinn to be introduced as an actual main stream character... i can respect Nolan's decision to stick to the scripts he wrote.. but the 3rd movie could have been so much better if bane and harley were the villains.
