Super 8 - 8.5/10. But the last 2 minutes = 3/10

I really enjoyed it, all tho towards the end was kinda a let down. And Chad pisses me off.

I hate romance, I hate fantasy, and I hate Owen Wilson.

This movie was very, very good. Anybody who nostalgia's from time to time is gonna enjoy it. Owen Wilson goes back in time, meets some cool famous people, gets insight into his own life along the way, blah blah. There's some romance obviously, but the movie is really spent on developing Wilsons character.

Contagion : 6/10

It's an ensemble movie that isn't an ensemble movie. It's scary, but not all that engaging. I feel like it was trying to have a larger message, but the only one i got out of it is: when a superbug shows up, we're ****ed. If you are already weird about germs, you may want to avoid because it's definitely not a must see which is disappointing because I was really looking forward to enjoying this movie.

The girl with the dragon tattoo 2011. 9/10.
Never read the book, but I thought it was one of the beat films from
2011. *not the best. Daniel Craig is the man, and Im now in love with Rooney Mara.

On the note of Tucker and Dale, I loved it. I laughed really hard and would recommend it to anybody. It was a bit cheeseier than expected though.

Jeremiah Johnson- 10/10.
If you enjoy old classics, you should like this. I always seemed to catch bits and pieces of this film on tv, but I finally sat down and watched it all the way through. Some might find it a little boring in parts, but I really liked it. Plus Robert Redford's acting is great, just like in all of his films.

Its interesting experiencing all different peple's lives. There was a general flow trying to start with peoples mornings and ending with nighttime activities but it felt kinda jumpy. The giraffe scene was kinda horrific.

Sherlock - 10/10
I'm loving this series. I'd always wondered how the characters would hold up in the now.

The Postman - 8/10
Say what you will about Costner's movies, this was a really good. Sure it had its quirky bits like: people's names, awkward characters, etc. It was basically the same idea as Jericho; post-apocalyptic US, different factions vying to take over, and a lone group trying to keep things together.
One of my only problems with it was length, but for it to be a good story, it had to be long. For the life of me, I don't quite get why people don't like his movies.... Post-apocalyptic movies are made all the time and of lesser quality than this and Waterworld.

Tucker and Dale 7/10 - It was so stupid yet...so entertaining and I laughed. I would hate to have that kind of bad luck.

No strings attached. 8/10

Just finished my two day Blue Mountain State full series watching.. Pretty damn good. I laughed, I got mad, my heart got to racing. etcetc
9/10
I would have given it a 10 if I had these things met:
1. A fourth season. Come on, Alex has one more year!
2. No real relationship. Not really a spoiler, but the two girls he gets close to, the season just ends and it picks up later. And not just him.
3. Kinda dumb, I know, but some of these football guys just don't look the part one bit. And a "100 person team?" BS. My high school team had more kids than that team had. But the average player looked pretty fitting.
4. So many errors.
Spoiler: (Highlight this box to see the hidden message.)
Example: The lacrosse episode, the picture gets remade, remember? That picture is shown a few more times throughout the movie as the original. WTF?

Overall great series though. I had put it off originally because I figured it would be stupid. It wasn't.

Edit:
Take Me Home Tonight: 8/10

Good movie. Well done. Probably would have been higher if I wasn't so damn tired and cranky right now. I can't really think of many ways it could have been better.

Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy - 7.5/10

Good spy flick. Some slow parts in the beginning but they help set up the rest of the film. The cast was amazing. A who's who of great modern British actors.

Sherlock Holmes 10/10 great movie. I need to see the first one.

State of Play? It has Russel Crowe and Ben Affleck. I fell asleep both times, but the parts that I did catch were pretty good. I'd give it a 7.5/10 simply because I don't recall some of it.
