Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Pirates 4(or somesuch thing) 3D - 5/10
The worst Pirates movie yet. It had a few high points but overall, it wasn't great.
Scott Pilgrim - 7.5/10

The Fall- 8/10
After the last thread I decided to watch The Fall. Overall I liked the movie, but the dialog could have used some work. Also, because my connection changes from 2-3 bars (mostly 2) the picture wasn't as captivating as it should have been, but that's not the movie's fault. I'd recommend watching it.

im watching it now. I think its visually amazing. But Im afraid the whole story thing is just to quirky for me. |

You shouldn't say you aren't a King fan. It's more that you aren't a fan of the directors ****ty work.
Stephen King has some amazing books. Needful Things, The Stand, The Green Mile, etc.

Well that's 2 reviews completely opposite of what I've heard. I heard the new POTC was the best of them all and hangover 2 was "The funniest movie I have ever seen"

dont get me wrong. I laughed a fair amount but the formula from movie 1 to movie 2 is exactly the same. So much so that i solved the movie before it was over. There was one part that was so damn funny it had me and my friends rolling. It has to do with Stu and a strip club, thats all i have to say.  |

The Hangover Part 2 7/10
It was funny just not as funny as the first... maybe its because I expected more? I do think its one of those movies that will get funnier on multiple viewings.
Preist 3/10
Nothing happens in this movie... it feels like the first 1/2 hour of a regular action movie stretched out into 2 hours (or how ever long it is). Bonus is I did not have to see this in 3D.

every king movie ive seen has been terrible imo (except for the shining). thats why i said it, and i dont have the time to read his books, altho im sure that they're great.
jumper- 7/10 good visuals, decent storyline and love the cast 
love & other drugs- 8.5/10 lots and lots of anne hathaway.. kinda depressing but keeps the flow of the movie with its comedic relief.
tangled- 6/10 it was cute.. thats about it.
tron- 1/10 watched an hour of it then turned it off.. main character was obnoxious, storyline blew.. acting was atrocious. |

I liked the story, I just thought it could have been executed better. Also, the ex-slave's high voice bothered me, but it he didn't say too much so it's w/e.
Life is Beautiful- 9/10
I was a bit skeptical going into this movie since the Holocaust concentration camp plot has been used so often, but I truly enjoyed it. The fact that it successfully employed comedy into the situation without making a mockery of it's horror is commendable. I laughed a lot and the character development was great as well. A few things towards the end could have been done better, but I won't mention it because of spoiler possibilities, though I teared up nonetheless. If you haven't seen it, check it out. One of my new favorites.
