Please be aware that, like the first event, we will get ahead of the schedule. We recommend teams show up a minimum of 90 minutes (2 hours might be better) before your first scheduled game. We will not wait for a team to arrive if we get to their matches before the scheduled time, the event will press on.
Moral of the story: Show up at least 90 minutes before your scheduled game times.
