Pretty standard trademark enforcement there.
The trick is to never use the word "Lego". The BrikWars guys I linked too earlier had the same problem. The original version of those rules was called "LegoWars", and got the same cease and desist. So to get around it they changed their name. Now you can hardly find mention of Lego on their sight, and most of that is in disclaimers and FAQ's.

I understand why it happened, but we weren't making money off it. Kinda gay when they do that. Oh well. My legos are back home.

and **** the video and playing paintball with legos is awesome. tried doing alifesize version, but gave up after making the snake player's foot.

I remember when I was like 12-13. Got a table and the full Kingdom Castle set, built em all up on Christmas day, got it all assembled. Had it all perfectly set up and ready to be displayed, then two days later I walk in and find my little sister had ruined them all and taken it all apart. I wanted to cry...
Relating to the topic, I am totally building a speedball field when I get my hands on some Legos xD.
