No problem, it's a pleasure to be a part of something as big Living Legends. It was also nice to get all that stuff out of storage and put it to use.

Our team had one issue and it was partially brought up. We brought our own handhelds to chrono, we had two and we were gonna do our 12 man team on the side using our own chronos but were told that we could not use them.

Please everyone...if an issue has been mentioned and responded to you can rest assured that we will take care of it. We promise we will improve the chrono station(s) next year. Honest...we promise.

Anyone have any issues that haven't been mentioned yet?

I am going to go through this next month and copy every issue into a document for reference when planning LL5. The redundant references to the same problem are going to turn that task into a month long project.

So, in the interest of keeping this process efficient please refrain from repeating issues already addressed. I would really appreciate it.

Thanks! See you next year!

Have more pump games! Maybe open up more than just bedlam for the pump games? Wasteland would make for a sick pump map.
Maybe move the Ms. NPPL next year to where it wont interfere with the night games, I didnt play the night games because I was far more interested in the Ms. NPPL contest.

Other than that you guys improve every year, thanks for making this my favorite event of the year.

On another note: The reffing staff was amazing this year, no complaints on them, again they seem to get better every year. Keep it up.

We had pump in Bedlam and Armageddon. I can look at adding more fields next year.

As far as the bikini contest that is part of the NPPL, not the scenario.

Is there not a beach near you? Travel Channel's beach shows? Cinemax? The Internet?

Living Legends only happen once a year, and we get players from as far as Russia, Germany, Croatia, Hawaii.... If you chose to invest two hours of the event to watching girls instead of playing in the event of the year I'd say that's all on you. Just sayin...

Viper? What was the reason for scheduling LL4 the week before Memorial Day weekend instead of during the three day holiday weekend like last year? Just asking, Sir.

I am going to guess that a lot of people have family things and other events to do during MD weekend.

I will be back next year as there is nothing to compare CPX and Viper's operation to in the southeast.

The date was chosen by CPX. I will defer to them for the answer.

Brandon,

I don't speak for CPX but I can tell you that in past years, when Living Legends was scheduled on the Memorial Day weekend a LOT of people did not attend because that is a weekend on which they normally schedule family outings. An example is Jim Lively. He has a Boy Scout event each year on Memorial Day weekend and was only able to attend this year because the event was the weekend before the holiday.

See you next year my friend. Bigger, better, more fun!

BADGES. Can I get an explanation on why we don't get sweet LL IV badges on PBNation?

There was some mild confusion about the tank rules for the walking/safety reffs (what did what to tanks/ what the tanks did to others ) but we (us tankers) did just what we were supposed to do keep players away from the tank when it was moving and call hits against our own tank, I believe the tank/nerf rules as they stand are good, the better reiteration of the rules to all the reffs will fix allot of issues from this year, but our walking reff is attach to our tank making sure everything is safe and we go out when we are supposed to, It would be nice to have a secondary walking/field (yes I know there are limitied numbers of reffs/ but there where only 2 tanks this year) reff to coordinate everything else communicating with the other tank and field reffs helping to make sure targets that are called by tank nerf gunners are watched, smooth over issues them may come up with tank on tank battles, clarifying rules, and so forth, even if there is a large number of tanks one or two reffs to frequent the areas where the tanks will be (there really isn't too many place a tank can go at CPX) would probably help allot.

I remember at LL3 the chrono station was a pain but with so many ppl having to be checked it still went pretty smooth. Great job by the staff.

Well, hopefully it will go quicker and smoother for #5. I will personally chrono people myself if it goes to slow.

Viper, quick question/suggestion. Will the Chrono be open Friday Night for us to tech our guns to make things smooth on Saturday? I am rolling down there with my guys on Fridya for the Pumps/Pistols game and I was just curious if we could bring our other markers down and do a little chrono'ing before hand, that is when it isn't being used to chrono the pumps and pistols markers for the open games lol.
