Change your inner bolt sleeve oring with a size 17 black oring. Then swap out your bolt sail oring (rear outer bolt oring) for a new size 16 oring. Set your dwell to 12. Then test. You can drop your dwell after you find it works at 12. This fixes that issues most of the time. Also try to use a Dow based lube. Lastly I would replace the battery

Battery was the 1st thing i changed and tried another full bolt kit with the same issue. Whats the avg pressure you run in your test guns with this bolt? im at 200psi on the mini gauge with your bolt, spring and adj back cap, which is too high i would think

ive had little success with humphrey noids at 12ms dwell with new orings in the bolt engine... try 14-15ms and slowly bring dwell down after it breaks in. try doing that first if you havnt. 200psi isnt terribly high, get your gun up and running and broken in before trying to chase low dwell and pressure numbers.

Check your detents. If it feels good with your finger, sounds good with no paint and does the same thing with 2 different bolt kits then my guess is Detents. Why? The bolt is pushing the paint into the detents and they're not moving properly causing the ball to get stuck. If it's not the detents it could also be the SFT oring.
