Diadem semi only board programing info needed

I'm messing with my semi only Diadem team gun ( no eyes) and see that there is a switch on the board that when used , can allow me to change the board led to red from green.

Anyone have info on what this means or what I can do with it?
I read the D-ITS manual but it only refers to the board two programing buttons.

a bit late - but I believe this is the tourney lock for back in the day. This shows refs that the guns settings can't be changed mid-game.

Is it possible to change settings at all?

I was told that if I pull "Shave and a Hair Cut...2Bits" on the trigger, it enters a super duper secret firing mode.
I've not been able to activate said mode, perhaps it is a ramping type thing and I don't shoot fast enough to engage it.

This may only apply to my gun as it was a "team" gun and not production.
Although, all the other Diadems that I've seen have had the programable board.
