I would assume it's sort of like 3-man...only you can actually go to the snake because you can have a tape guy snake side. Maybe that makes it a bit more like 5-man but you're down a body. It's a surprisingly odd concept to think about after playing 3 and 5 for so long.
#1: Shoot the other team before they shoot you.
#2: Keep the complexity of your break-outs to a minimum. There is generally only 1 "right" way to execute something, more complexity = more wrong ways to execute.
#3: Walk the fields thoroughly making sure to observe key angles and blind-spots that will make moving easier. If you can find a move that no one else is making or a blind spot that no one else is exploiting you're ahead of the curve.
#4: Focus on execution and eliminating easily avoidable mental mistakes. Stuff like this makes the difference between a team in the finals or on the podium and a team that's going home early.
#5: Shoot the other team before they shoot you.
#6: Be sure to socialize with other teams a bit and have some fun! Why not make some friends? Also, this is a good way to ratchet down the pressure that's on your guys so that they can go out there, be comfortable and play good paintball.
I could add a seven that says, be aware of what your guys can't and can't do. Play to your strengths as much as possible, don't get put off of your game because other teams are doing something differently.
