JT Recalls Proteus!!!

JT has recalled the proteus mask due to potential falures in the plasic around the ear piece. you can find info on how to get a replacement mas at Recall Information

BE owns JT, but jt didn't suddenly suck after exchanging owners. They aren't going to try to make a mask that has a potential risk for injury. That wouldn't just be cheap, that'd be devestating. No one would trust JT or buy their masks. As it stands, they are one of the most used masks and I'm sure JT is scrambling to fix this problem

They RECALLED the Proteus? No **** - thats scary. Has JT ever had to recall a product before they were bought out? I dont think so. BE is NOTORIOUS for cutting corners and costs. I hope they dont ruin it all...

gus do some research before you go and post. when BE took over JT they had to sign a term of sale.. this said that JT would remain a separate entity and that they could NOT change the manufactuing or products in the JT line. in other words the proteus recall has NOTHING to do with BE's ownership. get over the hype and hate. It just makes you look ignorant.

There wasn't a lot of them that had recalls. It was only like the first 100 of them made or something like that.
