Does it jam on every gun you use or just on your axe? The jam is most likely due to weak batteries, dirt in the loader and/or bad paint.

not likely

make sure the loader is fully seated in the feedneck
my thought is that if the paintballs hit the ledge in the feedneck they could jam the loader from not being in a straight ball stack

Trying placing the hopper in at different heights in the feedneck. Sometimes the balls are lined up just wrong so that the eyes think that no ball is present and will still try to force more balls in, which might be leading to a jam. That's what happened on my Revvy anyway.

Do you leave your barrel condom hanging? If so make sure the lanyard is not making its way into the cutout on the feedneck. Sounds silly but I did that the first time I played with my Axe.

The feedneck could be too tight so that's it's basically warping the hopper... Dunno how realistic that is but maybe loosin it up a touch??

What color is the paint you're using? Halo's use bounce-beam eyes and can't sense dark colored paint. Black and green marbs jam mine every time.

the paint color is green and has never had a problem with green paint before and when the hopper is off it will feed them perfectly and i have laser eyes in my hopper and when i take the detents out of my axe and push the balls through the breech it feeds just fine

While playing a few weks ago, I was having problems also. Unfortunately, I can't remember if it was only happening on my mini w/ eigenbolt or all three guns I was using. I initally thought it was a problem with thehopper, but after reading this, I am wondering ifit may be because of the gun. I changed the sensitivity on my hopper, a prophecy, and it did help a lot it seemed.
After reading this, I am thinking it may be an issue with the gun being too quiet for the hopper.
Like I said, I can't say for certain that it wasn't happening with my othr guns, but I know it was definitely doing it with my mini w/ eigenbolt.

This was my initial reaction... Possible the balls aren't lining up.

Halo uses eyes, not sound...

Well, to test it off the gun, start it feeding then stop the flow with your finger. If it's not seeing the paint, it'll keep trying to feed and then think it's jammed and flash red/green. If you can start and stop the flow with no probs, it's not the paint color.
There is a potentiometer on the halo's board you can turn to increase the eye's sensitivity...but it will lower your battery life slightly if you turn it up.

where is the jam happening? Could be 3 places: In the halo drive cone area. In the feedneck (on the ledge in the feedneck) or In the breech. Find where the jam is occurring and you can probably fix it real easy. But if you just go on pb nation and say your loader is jamming its hard to help.
