If it's like the east coast a few years ago, no.
They'll be sanctioned through a jersey company and will have the AXBL logos, and league sponsors put on the jersey. Not sure how pricing is determined but it might play into franchising a team.
If you search through the B/S/T you can see some example of CXBL and AXBL jerseys. I believe they were done by Style Supply, and they look really good.
