hey everyone just want to get all my facts straight from this thread. to do the update ill need to purchase:
someone confirm if the plunger the same as the NT10 so i wouldnt need to buy it
- 1. Spool (already have black and orange bumpers)
- 3. bolt (This is the actual soft rubber tip on the front of the bolt)
- 4. spacer rod
- 5. Solenoid manifold
- 6. Greet bolt insert
would i still be able to run the original NT spacer kit or should i look at ordering the new 3 piece colour spacer kit?
Yes, but honestly I wouldn't do it. No point in putting more money into a gun thats going to drop in value again when the next year of the gun is released. But if you plan on keeping your gun do it but you wont get much money in resale for having those upgrades in it. Some people don't like buying tinkered with guns. my 2 cents
It takes a while to edit film and make it look legit.

I hate to say it, but I think that this thread has been reduced to nothing more than this...

How much was everything to get? Around 100? And would the ppl at dye be able to set everything up for me?
all the parts prices are listed on the dye website under the heading "replacement parts"....the only part that isnt listed on there is the noid manifold and i believe its $16...seeing as i just ordered it
hey guys, I just tried ordering the Dye NT11 parts through my shop because its quite expensive to order and ship them from Dye. Dye said this to the shop owner "dye will not sell those parts separately, only available as parts for owners of nt11's. Reason is they don't want people to upgrade nt10 to nt11. Sorry bro."
Now how the hell did you guys do this???
I'm actually quite irritated right now :/

I think that I was the first one to pose this possibility for the upgrade... though i cna't say that for sure... when I first talked to them on the phone they (people at dye) tried to figure out if the parts would work in the NT10, once they figured out they did I paid and they shipped them out. A lot of people have ordered these parts since I made this post, and I think that Dye got overwhelmed? maybe? a week or two ago I heard that they ran out of a few of the parts... plus if you look at it from a buisness perspective they don't make as much money if you upgrade as they would if you buy a new gun.
This is the first that I have heard of this... So I really can't say I know why for sure. Is it maybe because you ordered the parts through the store? I guess you could try ordering them yourself from your home phone or cell phone or something... doesn't hurt to try.

DYE knew the parts fit when the nt11 was made. Hell, I swapped em out myself back in November when I bought it and experimented on my own nt11/nt10's.
Also a DYE rep had posted this link to the parts online a while ago so I dont know why they seem so confused when you call up.

I stay in South Africa, 1 call to the US will cost more than half the parts lol. Shipping will cost me $80 for the parts, maybe even more. Then comes SA's horrific tax... But what I’m not understanding is that I can order it off the internet without confirming that I have a dye NT11, but they don’t want the shop (reason I want to buy it through a shop, is because they buy in bulk thus making the shipping and tax cheaper) to sell it to me because I have a Dye NT??? So wtf?
