I've always wondered about this specific event. How exactly do they set up a field, since its right on the beach? What exactly do they put under the turf? Anyone know?

I know last year that they had a thread with tons of pictures showing all the setup process which was REALLY cool. I am to lazy to look for it.

they just stick the turf right on the sand. so as long as its relatively even underneath its like sliding on clouds. but usually areas like the snake develop a crater at the end of the weekend.
