I have a Nt 10 and I run the same dwell that I did with the stock board (8ms). It is just as consistent and efficient as it was with the stock board, just ramps better, shoots faster in semi, and is easier to program.
No inserts, blue tip, chronographs at 295 fps at approximately 140 psi on my gun with homemade tester. I hardly ever adjust the regulator, I use different barrels or backs to keep fps at 295 (allowing the ball to barely roll through). This season I am mostly shooting GI paint with good results, and very few barrel breaks even with extremely fragile 4 star paint.
