Drills in the morning to get warmed up and you can actually use what you specifically have learned/ done in the drills in the games.

Well the main thing is I know no one is gonna get there at 6am. After I thing is better cause say that day your snapping skills are Piss Poor you have a chance to work on it. I am trying my best to work with everybody at the field. People that are just playing for fun come out and play. We could maybe split the whole team and that will make for a few somewhat solid teams.

you dont have to be there at 6 man. Get there for like 9. Drill for an hour and a half or two hours, Then get into some good games.

If you want to go deep into Drills practice situationals like Closing out games or where you are up or down bodies like 2 on 3s, 2 on 4s, etc.
