And todays seniors. Hour session had rain, clouds and sun haha started shooting in liveview, using a loop. It is awesome, focus is now always spot on, and I can adjust the exposure to exactly how it will turn out in the photo. For the quick time we shot and such few locations I am really happy with how they all came out

Hahahaha YES! I had to rent those because it just made sense if I wanted a legit "studio" shot! Same with the C stands instead of my light stands.

Yeah it has been a great addition to the tool box. Slows down the process a tad bit though, since I don't have the manual focusing 100% on lock down, it's intense how fine the exact perfect focusing dof is. Like a fraction of a twist of the focus ring and its slightly oof. Then if they move it's lost as well. still awesome to focus the shots at 10X as well as see the exposure before you take it

Brain storm with some people, write it all down, then go back through it to figure out the resources and contact info for each shot.

haha Rented 2 c stands as well for that shot since c stands are way more bad *** than normal light stands...but too bad they were black haha

i checked it out jimmy. looks good. i saw your packages and i was like wow, that is a LOT of print credit. then i saw how much prints were.. then i thought to meself, iseewhatudidthar.

how did you start to get a constant stream of clientele? Just through word of mouth or what kind of advertising did you do?

Yeah, I have learned that you need to charge a lot for the prints, once you figure out cost of doing business and desired profit it just comes out high.

I've been debating about removing the $ signs in front of the print credit, and just have them be points. For both the credit and the prints themselves. 200 print credits, buys 4 prints prices at 25 credits a piece. So then people aren't like "oh my, $25 for a single print? Instead they are like "oh, 25 credits per print"
Anyone?

And I do some advertising, as well as word of mouth. My clientele isn't near what I want to be cranking out. Plan on doing some senior representatives though so hopefully that pays off

Jimmy, the points thing is a great idea. some people get scared off by big $$$ signs.

Also, the average person will wonder why you charge $25 while wally world only charges like 5 cents. We know the difference, but they dont.

Where did you get the fancy packaging? That looks awesome. You have a really good business sense from the looks of it, little details that I would never consider at this point.
