Had an opportunity to go to Vegas with some friends, things got crazy. We all recently turned 21, with one of the girls celebrating her 21st our first night there. Here is my attempt to document the adventure.

I've been filming all season long and am close to releasing the Uprising video, as well as continuing with other tidbits. Sit tight, thanks for the emails and messages asking about the series, happy to see some people are excited for it.
I have been using a LCD viewfinder to take ambient portraits for over a year now, and it has changed my process of creating images a great deal.
Originally designed for videographers, the LCD viewfinder enlarges the rear LCD screen, enabling the photographer to take photographs using Live Mode. This video goes over the positives and negatives of using an LCD viewfinder while taking a behind the scenes look at a photoshoot.
Working on a new personal project, documenting local swimming holes and rivers. Borrowed my friends underwater housing again and hit the river with 50+ people for a day of floating. This weekend there is an event with over 1000 people...crazy
This is the Toutle River, the main river you see overflowing in reruns of the Mt. St. Helans eruption. There is rebar and washing up logging trucks and houses all along the river.

Hollywood Gorge. People die here yearly. I used to have the stupidity to attempt it, not any more. Basically people flip on the first rapid and fall under and get trapped and drown, or get flipped over on the first rapid then get sucked into the second rapid (waterfall type deal) and drown. Sucks:/
... your photographs are seriously so incredible they make me feel like I am taking pictures with a crappy disposable camera... jeez man keep it up, love looking at your work

The mention of Blacklist reminds me of the Back to The Roots video that I used to watch over and over as a younger kid. Was one of my favorite paintball videos at the time (mainly because who doesn't want a field like that in their backyard).
