Hey guys, I really didn't want to have to resort to this but Jeff owes me $22.33. I bought a Prophecy from him all the way back in November and let's just say I didn't get it. So from then on, he has been paying me in increments of about $10-$15. But up until about last month, he has only been reading my PMs and not sending me money. He has bought multiple items in the BST but hasn't been paying me off. I will remove this post once this is resolved.
