New owner of FEP Quest Need help
I recently picked up this fep quest and i was looking to download the was board manual but everytime i check for the domain is gone. I believe its a wicked air sports board. Also i relubed the lpr and goldmember bolt and pin, but i have a small leak coming from the backcap. Gun will not cycle properly at the moment. Lpr is set at 90psi

Replace the oring on your bolt. closes to the back.. Also if that does not work.... swing the gun over your head with macroline and chant arabic.... It worked for me once with a computer.... broke the computer but no more problems

well i got shooting nicely now but the backcap is still leaking from the very center of the backcap still. I did order the ez bolt strip pin so i hope that eliminates the leak. Other then the leak the marker shoots very smooth compared to my mini and marq rapper. To cold to play this weekend but the next time i go out to play ill be using the the quest for sure

If air is leaking around the back cap, I would suggest replacing the o-ring closest to the back of the pin, not the o-ring closest to the back of the bolt.
If that doesn't help, it could actually be the grub screw in the centre of the pin that is leaking. This would need to removed, cleaned up, a fresh application of threadlock put on the threads, and then screw it back in to the pin and leave it overnight for the threadlock to set.
If you PM me your e-mail address, I can send you the manual specifically for the Quest WAS board, although the Quest manual covers the board pretty much entirely.

got the leak fixed. It was the grub screw on the backcap. I tried blue loctite and it didnt work, so i busted out the old school tef tape and that fixed it. I changed the fittings to ninja black fittings and blue loctited them.
Now ive heard the goldmember bolt is prone to breaking, should i replace it with a stock bolt.

Some batches of the Goldmember bolt were prone to breaking, so while I wouldn't necessarily suggest going straight back to the stock bolt - while you would be eliminating the disadvantages of the Goldmember bolt, you would also be losing it's advantages - it isn't a bad idea to at least have another bolt lined up.
Alternatively, you could invest in one of the newer bolts that is also meant to improve the Quest's performance, but without the potential fragility of the Goldmember - the Critical RSF bolt or the Thin Air Sports 4B bolt.

I suggest finding a stock bolt and doing the the roll back mod to the pin and the tape or epoxy mod.
