good lube

i was having an insane amount of FSDO with my critical quest. i tried sl33k and other dow 33 lubes, they didnt seem to help at all. then my brother let me have some monkey poo. i have to say that monkey poo removed all traces of FSDO from my gun, and now my gun shoots amazing. just thought i should throw that out there for more lubrication options for the quest.

yep - Monkey Poo is my first choice of LUBE for all of my markers!

Looking to pick up a Raiders quest next weekend. What is your opinion on TechT gun sav for the quest? I have nearly a full jar kicking around in my gear bag. I'd rather not buy a different brand. That would mean ordering (I hate ordering small items online) around here its either PE grease, TechT or Exalt vG.

I figure since sav is fairly lightweight I would need to lube every case or so I hear the quest's drink lube. Not a huge issue since I clean and lube my guns after every outting however it could get testy if I use it for tournament play. Also still a bit chilly up here in the great white.

Never used it but as long as it is a 33 based grease you should be fine. All you need to lube is the bolt and pin. Literally it takes like a minute to do if that...So just lube between matches not a big deal at all. As far as the cold weather I haven't seen any lube really perform better than the other...well I take that back I have seen some suck, but they are usually the exception. As far as the quest it is a spoolie and while I haven't really had any problems with the cold I'm in va so it only gets so cold here and when it gets really cold I am not out playing.

I too use Monkey Poo on ALL my markers right now... DM6, DM7, Threshold, NDFS, and Quest... All of them have taken to it quite nicely.. Plus it smells nice!
