I bought an nt brand new about 3 weeks ago and it is leaking out of the grips and i dont no what to do i can go to my local shop but wonted to see if anyone else had the same problem and resolved it you no how to fix this plz hmu. I have one spacer and the rubber piece that it goes on if that makes a difference

Check the manual in the trouble shoot section.

Replace spool oring (rear one I think) and check the spool bumper. Also make sure that your pressure is not too high.

I cant get the two things apart to get the rammer out i tryed using a handjob and an allen key and also just hand turning it and the threads cut my hands up

There are a few tips on how to get those apart at the top of the NT thread. Try those if you haven't. Careful not to bend the rod.
