Different subject... but I'm quickly approaching the end of my second enlistment in less than 6 months. Deciding between reenlisting for another 6 and get a bonus in zone C, or join the Florida Guard as "Active Guard" status.
Zone C is kinda meh unless you're like CCT or something.
Weigh it out. Sometimes IMAs have it good. They work like the AD personnel do but they are guard. You can change duty stations whenever you want and go back to regular guard when you want (im sure there are some time constraints but ive seen people go back and fourth). AD you get some decent bennies and in guard its so-so. Just make an informed decision dont just jump into it for the money or for some stupid reasons y'know.

My buddy who stepped on a mine is getting recognized for his sacrifices but his dog is not. The kennels back at Seymour put his dog Charlie up for the "Hero Dog Award" by the American Humane Association. It would be cool if you could register and vote for "MWD Charlie". It literally takes 2 minutes to do it all and I am working on getting this publicized on PBNation by asking the mods to help me out.
Just go to the link below, register, and vote for "MWD Charlie" and hopefully the dog can get nationally recognized. Nobody wins any money or anything but this dog food company will make a donation up to 200K to the American Humane Association once a winner is announced.
Thanks a bunch guys! And dont forget you can vote DAILY!!!
