7/10..has potential just needs some work, I'm not really digging the selective colour since I don't feel it really adds anything.

I feel like it's too grey and I'd ditch the selective colouring like I said, but it's your photo, up to you.

Far left light and object in the bottom left hand corner distracts a lot from the image. Not to mention the lights in the trees near the end of the road. I personally would edit the left side out and those lights like so...
My Image (it is small, sorry! This was back when I was starting a site and wanted people to actually buy the full size instead of just screen shot'n it :p)

Lots of dead space to the left, nothing going on to the right, subject not doing anything interesting, horizon not level.
Just unwrapped an 85mm f/1.8 today, playing around with it:
