Story.

As the waves started to severely crash upon the deck, Dalton was woken up in a shrill chilling fright inside his cozy twin sized bed inside his cramped cabin of his blue and white sail boat. Deep down he knew his dinky boat would not stay afloat against the pounding waves that seemed to rumble and toss his boat all around the open desolate sea. He felt alone you see, but he had seen many days alone on the water and tonight on the Stormiest night he had ever seen the sea, He was starting to realize in an instant that his boat might not survive such a brutal storm and that he might need to radio in to the coast guard for help.*

When he finally stumbled over to his *radio on his desk he was barely able to hold his ground on his feet. He was holding on for dear life inside of his boat and he could feel every slam and every crash of every wave when it pummeled into his boat. When he tried to get a signal he went without, his Smithmaster 5000 radio was not transmitting and it was being as difficult as it always seemed to be but also in a different way. Dalton knew he was off the east coast of south Florida and he was thinking deadly thoughts that he might be in the heart of the Bermuda Triangle. The weather combined with the mysterious Bermuda triangle seemed to tingle his spine and raise the hairs all over his body starting with his arms. Dalton was a wise man but he was not prepared for the worst.*

In an instant the boat was lifted up the face of an enormous wave and flipped upside down and Dalton's body was thrown to the ceiling of his cramped boat cabin. Dalton crawled to the cabin door and grabbed a life jacket off the wall and he knew he needed to dash out of the boat into the deep dark blue or he would drown. Dalton had a special bond with his sailboat but he was not willing to go down and sink with his ship.*

As Dalton pried open the cabin door a rush of chilling water blasted his entire body and filled his boat up. He was blown back from the force of the water and his life jacket slipped out of his grip and he was already in the water on his sinking boat. Dalton took a deep breath and dove into the flooded cabin to grab his life jacket, he knew he would not make it alive being tossed around by the open sea without something keeping him afloat. Underwater inside the cabin of the half sunken ship he was fighting his way just to get the lifejacket. The big surf was still rocking the boat up and down and side to side. Dalton was basically a rag doll in a snow globe being shaking up by a giant force which was the ocean. He was getting low on air and when he finally reached the life jacket and had a death grip on the life jacket his lungs felt they were going to explode or he thought implode from the lack of air. When he broke the surface of the water Dalton took the biggest most powerful breath of his life. While struggling to swim away from the sinking boat he quickly snapped the life jacket together and was still being mashed around by the waves and the only thing keeping him up was the life jacket and in an instant a massive wave slammed Dalton back with massive god like force into his boat head first and the darkness.*

When Dalton awoke he was floating on his back in the open ocean, he was unaware of where he was and when he looked around he could only see open water. His boat was long gone probably at the bottom of the sea with all of his possessions.*

He never expected to lose everything living on a sailboat for three months and it was a poor shame that he did lose all of his possessions. But he figured things could be replaced although he could not be so he must survive.*

Hours had been going by with Dalton just floating in the open ocean trying to conserve energy and heal. His body was sore from fighting to survive the deadly waters from the stormy night that brought white caps and big waves.
