I almost hit a deer the other night. Driving home, it was raining and turning to ice as soon as it hit the ground and three of them crossed the road. Jessi says "I can see a deer!" So I start slowing down and I'm sliding straight at it. First instinct is like "oh ****! I'm about to kill Bambi" so I turn the wheel and get the tires sideways and jam the breaks and keep sliding. I had to of touched this deer. It kinda kicked sideways and bolted back into the woods. Luckily the 4th one waited for me to pass.

Oh deer.

That's insanity, it's been nothing but cold in California, no rain or snow for weeks. If we don't get a bunch of rainfall soon were going to be in trouble water wise.

I ony had that one incident this year, but I have seen a **** ton of wrecks. Just this am I saw a car on its side in someones yard. The worst part of that was that the roads were dry. Probably some high school kid.

I saw a couple nasty wrecks this year. A guard at a local highschool here was doing like 130 or something and was weaving in and out of traffic around 5:30AM and misjudged a car and clipped it, sending it into a tree and it broke the car in half. I came through the accident area about 20-25 minutes later. It was crazy, I had never seen a freeway accident that sawed a car in half before.

I used to play Counter-Strike with Mike back in the day, he really is one of the nicest guys. I think the ramping sort of made it worse then it was going to be.

There are wrecks around here all the time... I literally have seen 3 corpses in the road from slum dogs trying to cross the N2 on foot. FYI... The N2 is like the interstate/autobahn...

Then there's the *******es who just don't pat attention... Saw a car on its roof this morning...

Yep... Still in South Africa... Extended again...

So far I've taken a liking to rugby and cricket and biltong...

I hate the lack of Taco Bell and their ****ty attempt at pizza...

We've only had a few close calls with the mountainous terrain... The turbulence is ****ing insane at times. We also nearly lost a wheel on landing yesterday...
