Vanguard Signs St. Louis Avalanche
Legendary NPPL Professional Team to Shoot Vanguard Creed and Demon Markers in 2011!
Corona, California – March 4, 2011 – Vanguard US announced today that legendary NPPL professional paintball team St. Louis Avalanche will play the 2011 season shooting Vanguard Creed and Demon markers! This agreement comes just as Vanguard is preparing to release their amazing new Demon pro-level paintball marker, following on the long-term success of the Creed.
St. Louis Avalanche will begin the 2011 season shooting the time-tested and competition-proven Vanguard Creed at the NPPL Surf City USA Open in April. Then, after the successful launch of the Demon marker at the event, Avalanche will transition from the balanced poppet-valve speed and efficiency of the Creed to the devastating accuracy and innovative design of the Demon as Vanguard’s flagship team battles on the highest level of paintball competition.
“Working with a team such as Avalanche, that has such a great following, is why we worked so hard to get this deal worked out,” said Eric Roysdon of Vanguard US. “This will bring a new world to both partners for the 2011 season and years to follow!”
Frank Connell of Avalanche echoed Vanguard’s excitement: “I was very impressed with the Creed and I look forward to the new Demon.” Connell continued, “I’m looking forward to working with an up-and-coming company like Vanguard.”
While the exact terms of the agreement between Vanguard and Saint Louis Avalanche were not disclosed, look for a custom Avalanche Demon to follow shortly after the worldwide launch of the Vanguard Demon marker at the 2011 Huntington Beach NPPL event!
