That feature is built in to prevent spam/mass e-mails and p.m.s. If you are in "the middle" of your transaction, you should have a "valid" e-mail, or maybe an Instant Messaging name, to take care of your transaction. It is hardly the Nations' fault, that you have exceeded it's limit's. If you do not have the above, basic information, I would suggest you get it.
