Just curious, thought I would ask..

Is it necessary to get a re-sellers permit to sell paintballs at a field and also I was thinking of having a little field store, just to sell Gun and gear combo packages for beginners...

As that will be considered income and you will have to pay taxes a business liscense (sp) will be required in sure in any state to make sure the government gets it fair share, you will also need a taxpayers id number. The people you wish to do business (kee, tipp, etc) will want this info to sell to you.

It's going to vary by state, and even county and locality, but you'll need some sort of business license(s) almost anywhere. Your state almost certainly has a government-run small business website that will tell you what you need.

Yeah, I already have an EIN from the IRS and a business license in being done as we speak.. Just wondering if there are any other surprises..
