We really need to hangout. IPAs? Citrus hops and beer? SAISON FOR GOD'S SAKE??? You brew a belgian strong ale and we will be beer matches haha. I love all of those. How sour? Like cherry framboise/lambic or sour mash kinda?
I missed this earlier, but we decided to scratch the Saison because my brewing partner was being a lazy pos and I made an amber by myself instead. But we do have 10 gallons of lambic on 6 months now. Probably gonna do 5 gallons black/raspberry and 5 gallons gueze.
i have no idea what any of that means and i'm too lazy to look it up. i'm sure it will be delicious though, coming from your tender loving hands and all.
i think i might become a middleman for some extra cash. extra 500 every week or two would be nice.
You're canadian, just be like rickey here.

I work where we do the dirty work, which is heavy belting/polishing. Basically, getting semi stacks ready for plating. anything form tiny 24 inch basic curved stacks, up to 121 inch tall 10 inch dia. bull horns (the curve is like 1/4 of the pipe length on a bullhorn) do the curves by hand (hold the pipe against large scale belt grinders)
