18 a month on the firebird (full coverage, collectors car insurance). Camaro is 60ish (liability only) with two violations.
Dad was talking about me buying the sti, so for ****s and giggles i looked up insurance... 554 a month for full coverage...... no thanks. I'll wait till im 25 for factory go fast cars...

Damn. I'm looking at an LS1 Camaro. I've never gotten a ticket or been in an accident. Think I can stay under $150 a month?

No, fact thats its fast, and they still msrp for around 25k.
Ls1 is hard to say.
Theyre a cheap car, which is good and bad when it comes to insurance:
Good: Cheap to fix in case of a wreck, parts are ****ing everywhere.
Bad: EVERY ****ING TEENACGER HAS ONE. At least here, theyre the new civic. Srs. Every kid has a ls1 with lid/exhaust, and thinks its the fastest **** in the world running 13.5's.
So, hard to say. It being a teen car thats fast, drives the insurance up.
If youre worried about insurance, get on ls1tech and find a v6 car swapped to ls1. Theres one here in town, cayenne red, 4500. And will register/insure as a v6 car. Highly considering it, but i want boooooooooooooooooooooooooost. (Cept for the bird, which is gettin one of these doo hickeyes attached to the front  (thoguht not quite that big))
