The space I found for is perfect. 20,000 square feet which includes space for offices, pro shop, and repair shop. You would have no problem having two indoor fields and there is also room outside the bldg for an outdoor xball field.

Beyond that, whatever business was there before use to paint whatever they were making so the walls are lined with air hoses and an air compressor comes with the bldg.

Can't think of a better suited place.

I haven't heard anything back from the original poster of this thread and no response to my email. I sent pictures of the place and the $$$ for rent. If this becomes like it may work out I may be able to get the rent lowered but I won't be able to start discussions with the owner unless there is real intent to get this going. With that being said, I will keep everyone posted.

Also, I would really hate for this space to go to waste and I have always strongly felt that an indoor/outdoor facility like this would do great in Lexington. It would be nice to get a group of people to throw their money into a pot and do this.
