bob long g6r leak, please help!

So I played with my G6R on Monday and it shot fine, when I got home I didnt touch the gun except to put the gun away. Today I wanted to shoot it so I aired it up and it started to leak. The leak is coming from the poppet area, and to be more specific I can hear the leak coming from a hole in the breach under the tip of the bolt. I opened up the gun replaced the poppet oring, front ram oring, all the air passage orings, relubed the orings, and I inspected my poppet for dammage and it looks fine.

I have no idea what else could be wrong. My pressures are correct if that matters.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Have you tried firing the gun a few times to see if it would go away. The poppet could have not seated right when first aired up causing the leak.

Air is leaking from the front of the marker frame
-Verify that the racetrack o-ring in the front of the frame is free of nicks and has a light coat of grease to induce swelling.
-Verify that the grip frame is tight to the main body.

Air is leaking from inside the marker frame
-Remove the trigger frame from the marker and lubricate the air transfer hole o-rings
-Separate the front and back body halves and inspect/replace the o-rings in the air transfer locations

Marker leaks down the barrel
-Ensure that your ram o-rings are free of nicks, and properly lubricated.
-Verify that your poppet seal is in good condition, with its shaft o-ring is free of nicks and properly lubricated.

Double check that everything is properly seated and lubricated appropriately with Dow 55. The lubrication can be prety important for proper sealing with many of the o-rings on the gun. I know from experience that the internal air transfer o-rings can leak if they aren't perfectly seated and well lubricated with dow 55.

My gun does the same, it leaks a little when I first air it up and after dry firing it once the leak goes away, what could it be?

Mine did the same and now it's a large constant leak from the center of the marker. The leak used to go away after a few dry fires but now it's constant. Hmmmmmmm It's boxed up ready to send off to BLAST in the morning so time will tell!!
