I would think so. I'm doing MWF and it feels great for bulking...I wouldn't want to give myself less rest when I start cutting next week. Just in general I've found the majority of my lifts do better with a day break between anything.

Although I'm considering adding on an extra day of exclusively shoulders...mine continue to lag behind everything...and even worse one is bigger than the other. Actually, that's a bad way of saying it...one is smaller than the other haha. Neither one should be called big.

Yes. 3 intense days is plenty of volume for gaining mass anyway. Bulking is about recovery, not the lifting.

I've been doing SS for the past bit and I'm still making progress with it, but I think LG would work really well with my schedule with work.

Where do you get glycerol from, i've only seen small pharmacy grade bottles.

Nice, I'm gonna save up my money until the end of the month, since I've got a trip to Texas and a probation meeting coming up, but hopefully by April I'll be stocked up on Xtend and protein and ready to do this. I'm thinking of maybe grabbing an EC stack too, mainly just for extra energy in the mornings. Couldn't find ephedrine though, but I didn't really search too deeply.

for some reason I think Cottage Cheese has a lot of carbs am I right? For the last meal you want protein and as little carbs as possible, Casein is not required but helps curve the hunger. If you wanted you could drink a regular shake, rat chicken breast and etc. Although Shop the internet you should be able to find some Casein for a reasonable price.

Probably depends what you take it with. Water? I take mine with apple juice which would affect the fast.
