Before I would just eat whatever I saw in the kitchen at any time of the day. Frozen pizza, hot dogs, soda. Lots of soda.
Now i'm trying to drop all the soda and redbull all the frozen foods and eat more healthier food like fruits and vegetables, my daily water needs. I don't have a meal schedule I eat food still at random times of the day. I'm now noticed I should not eat after 6pm. But all my meals are not on a time schedule.
I've been eating lots of fruit like pineapple and bananas and blueberries. Almonds. I just had a frozen burrito for lunch. Trying to find a meal plan to help me stay slim / slender but maybe with a little muscle tone. Arms and six pack.

In order to get "arms and a six pack" you would have to work on strengthening your arms and lowering your body fat. In your case, that would involve doing pull ups, chin ups, dips and pushups. And then eating less.
Fin.
While I don't agree with those goals, given the little information I have about your situation, that's my advice.

So would this be the right program for me to start? Leangains?
Or should I just try to control my diet with more fruits and vegetables and no more soda.

Does it really matter at this point...

Maybe you should start by learning the basics of nutrition...

I'm with pump.
Learn the basics of nutrition. Calories, protein, carbs, fats. Natural whole foods and cutting out soda can help because it's probably not the best for you, but its not magical to stop drinking it.

Doesn't Insanity have a diet as well? Pretty sure that's what Jew Fro was doing when he lost so much fat.

Well I do have lots of fruit and vegetables but using them in portions Is my next task.
Like tonight I had a frozen burrito. Just one. And then got hungry just a minute ago and chowed down a pork chop.
Maybe I should try being a vegan. Cutting out all animal products. My friend's a vegan and he's very skinny.

Don't have the source handy, I remember reading that .5mg and 5mg had almost the exact same effect while doing resistance training. In a test with .5mg, 5mg, and a placebo, both of the melatonin users had a much higher level of GH, but the difference between the two was negligible.
Not sure if cardio would follow that same path or not.

I'm not a regular here, but judging by what you have said since your post here, the best thing you can do right now is learn the basics of lifting and nutrition. Then after some time try programs like Leangains and such.

Sounds like he wants to be spoon feed hm, instead of doing his own research. He is probably going to give up after a week or two, like 90% of the people who attempt to "diet".
If someone is too lazy to do any of there own research, then I highly doubt they have the willpower to stick to a meal plan.

I havent ate no food for 15 hours. 1 more hour left but i've noticed my energy levels are way more higher on this 16 hour no food gap. I've went and did things and woke up super early. Went and purchased a new snowboard and bindings for this up incoming season.
Drinking coffee though. Not sure if that counts as food. I'm still not hungry.
And I do my own research you noob. I ask questions and google questions at the same time.
I'm trying to lose body fat not be a body builder. Just maybe have some arm and stomach tone.
My friend is vegan and he isn't rich. All he eats is soup and noodles. But I don't understand why he eats soup because most soup is very HIGH in sodium. Which is also not good. Maybe i'll stick to a peanut butter and jelly sandwich diet but then again that doesn't sound healthy to me either and bean burritos are one of my favorite items that doesn't sound bad to me maybe toss in some bagels with no cheese. Noticed the cheese has Saturated fat which is hard to burn off. So maybe just plain bagels and fruit and vegetables. Still trying to decide which meal plan sounds good.
