DC four day split is: mo: A day, Tu: B day, We: off Thur: A day, Fri: B day, weekends off. Well I was wondering exactly how to eat on the training days post work out. Also any tips for fasted morning training? I have caffeine on deck in powder form.

I will be shocked if you last 2 weeks trying to DC 4 times a week on Leangains. With aggressive compound exercise choices even 3x is pushing the recovery envelope. Add in a non-bulking diet and you'll be in trouble

I am willing to go back to the three day split I am just trying to drop some weight and keep training hard. I have read some of your's and other post work out meals. I was thinking 2scoops protein in one cup skim milk, 2 whole eggs + 4 egg white omelete, 2 potatoes and 8oz chicken breast post. And 1lb Beef and some carb for dinner.

I'd just do it now, hitting a wall on DC sucks and is hard to overcome, you need that momentum to your training to keep the mental edge imo.

Post workout I typically consume at least a pound of meat, red preferred, and a ton of rice + lentils. Maybe 4 cups, cooked? I also drink a creatine+ 30g or so whey shake while i cook

Dante did it when he was on heavy anabolics and eating 5000+kcal, and even so, doesn't endorse it anymore.

started leangains this week and I have to say I really enjoy it. I have had no real problem with hunger pains at all yet. Although I will say this taught me how big of ***** I am/ used to be about pounding down meat haha.

This is why I feel great at my current state. When I was maybe in 7th grade I was a fat kid at 5' 10" or so...I was 180lbs and had no muscular mass. At the moment I'm 6' @ 193lbs and my abs are just finally disappearing completely from view (which I'm more than fine with), still look very lean clothed. A few years ago when i was bulking and hit 180 without being a pudgy bum I was happy, but being almost 15lbs heavier and leaner than even a few years ago and not being a fatso feels awesome. Especially since at some point in the process I hit a point where I could just be downing excessive amounts of food and have difficulty gaining weight...as I kid I always seemed very endo.

So to Jewfro - just wait until you hit the highest weight you were ever at, but be lean at the same time. Monster status pending for you.

Its like we grew up the same way. Endo, 5'10, 180, then gym, weights and now ecto? You're heavier than me, but weight lifting has had the same effect.
