I think people always overlook the fact that if you eat under maintenance you will lose weight.

I garauntee you I eat over maintenance on LG and only gain about .5-.75lbs a week, and my BF% is staying roughly the same (if not slowly decreasing).

Oh nvm, I remember seeing the benefits of fasted training article there. So if I understand correctly, he recommends training fasted vs eating a small meal before? Or is that not necessarily the case?

Also, holy **** BCAAs are expensive. :l

1 meal 3-4 hours prior. Basically, in your case I'd say eat a steak or some other meat. Protein, aminos etc.

2 Scoops myofusion
8oz Smoked salmon
.75 containers of Goat cheese crumbles
1 Wheat roll
2 Hardboiled eggs
1 Bottle of milk
1 Salad mix container (the ones meant for like 3 people lol)

...probably all I'll be eating today
