Yes, the feast must start at the same time so that ghrelin will entrain your hunger patterns, BUT you can train anytime during each training day as long as you follow the proper protocol with regards to meal partitioning and bcaa use.

Didn't think a dodgy was necessary...but honestly ever time I restrict my eating I drop a solid 8 or so the first 2 weeks, from water weight or whatever the **** you kids call it these days.

Lurker, does the BCAA have to be in a powder, or can it be in a capsule form, which is what I prefer?

Honestly, Xtend or purple wraath is cost efficient and convenient. You can get the capsules and it will be fine, though.

Approximately how many grams of BCAA's should I take in pre-workout? The caps I usually buy are 1g per cap, with ~300mg leucine, ~300mg valine, and ~400 isoleucine, or something like that.

SO eat small pre work out meal at 12 pm
drink my BCAA at 3:30pm
Post work out (epic meal) at around 5:00
7:30 pm cassien and other proteins
8:00 pm start fasting

sound right?

I find it makes surprisingly little difference, slightly more endurance on fed days.

I have ****ed up my bench sets a lot more, formwise, when fasted. I was doing 325 and came up way too fast and destroyed my back tightness and screwed up the rest of the set (got like 5 when it should have been 7 or so), and the last time I did DBs I had the opposite problem - I spent too much energy getting them in position and up for the first rep, so the rest of the set was brutally hard.

If I'm training in the middle of a fast, should I be eating anything immediate post workout? Or just BCAA's + Glutamine, and wait for feeding?
