wondering if anyone has it and used it for skiing/ snowboarding and how it compares to others?

I really like my hd hero. It shoots in great quality. I think next year's hd hero is suppose to have 1080 resolution with 60fps, while the current one is 720 res at 60fps or 1080 res at 30fps.

I haven't used any other helmet cams to compare it to, but the footage quality is so amazing for it's size that my computer can't handle raw footage at full speed.

If you want to see some footage from mine,it's on youtube right here, but this version was compressed down to work on my computer, and then raped again by youtube. The raw footage is much better resolution and quality.

i dont have the go pro but i seen it person its looks pritty big and bulky. It also the one you see in those commercials. I have the countour hd 1080p the only reason i didnt get the go pro is its to bulky and the countour is all nice and small and curvey. but though i think the go pro has better film quialty tho

^lol. Its common knowledge that you go with the sleek, curvy camera over the one that actually takes better quality shots, because looking good while filming is more important.
