i realize its early in the week but we are trying to get things figured out. hotels, vehicles, expenses, etc. Going with plex would be a safe bet that we could count on no matter what the weather and field conditions are, and people could set their plans in stone. We only have 20 days until the event so i would love to be able to move onto the next stages of planning

I think we're all waiting, hopefully finding a hotel last minute if it gets moved to Plex won't be a problem.

My focus is not just snow but WATER.
From my memory of it in October, Chaos didn't strike me as the type of field that would be flooded but who knows.

If we get it at Plex, IUPUI will most likely send 2 lines. Which means more money, which is good for business! If not, we may only be able to do 1 line :'(

I already explained this.
We are booked with Chaos until it is deemed that the field will not be in condition to host.
If that happens, then it will be moved a little of an hour south to Plex.
Hotels are abundant at both locations, just don't book anything non-refundable.
Work on your GAME, we'll work the other details.  |

Im thinking we should just do it at Plex. Weve had the first tourney at Chaos and plex is inside and we all wouldnt have to worry about the field condition. Paint is cheaper there. We can get out hotels now and get discounts still. etc etc I can find more reason as to we should just go play at Plex.

I just got off the phone with Chaos.
They are planning to run play on their field this Sunday. If it holds up, Chaos it is. |
