I have bought at least $2000 worth of stuff from them and I have never had a problem and have never been anything short of amazed.
ANS might have done some shady stuff in the past but as of right now they are the best online paintball store IMHO

Never had a problem until I ran into one, and their support helped me and in an instant the right tools were coming my way. I would recommend them
Edit: Haha just saw how ridiculous that sounds I meant I've never had a problem except ONE tiny mixup, and they fixed it, and I continue to use them.

I've ordered thousands of dollars of gear from ANS for myself and teammates and have not had any one problem. ANS does do a **** ton of transactions and somewhere along the way there are going to be some orders that get messed up. they dont need to be in the swear filter, and cant really believe you made the effort to post this.

That will be my first and last order from anusgear.

Most people speak out when they get bad service, hardly anyone speaks out when they get good service. How many times have your friends said, "I went out to dinner, ordered food, they brought it to me, and I ate it!!!"
On the other hand, how many times have you heard someone say, "I went out to dinner, ordered food, it took forever to come out, when it did it was wrong, and then the replacement food was cold, and the waiter never gave us refills, etc. etc. etc."
Also, bad customer service is different than immoral business and lying about business.

I've ordered almost $1000 in stuff from them since I created my account in April. First problem I've had was my most recent order. Got a pair of shorts from them. Labelled a 38 and were actually a 33 (took a cloth tape to them to check). Shipped them back, and ANS refused to do an exchange or a refund. They said the shorts had been worn (how someone that wears a 38 fits into a 33, I don't know...)

I've ordered from them several times and never had a problem.
People get "poor customer service" because they call them up and start screaming at the operator. I've had to speak with customer service once and they were nothing but helpful.
A+ site, much better than punisherspb IMO.
EDIT: as for "local stores," I don't know about you guys, but my store has zero selection and all of their stuff is marked through the roof.

Honestly, most are... There's one near me that carries a decent amount of guns that are marked at MSRP, or what you would pay at the manufacturers online store. Huge benefit because you don't pay shipping.
That said, ANSgear is no different than any other business. They will make mistakes, and they may be unfortunate to deal with sometimes... Censoring them will not help.

20 people might have complained but fairly certain they have thousands of satisfied customers. With the volume they do it's only sensible that they'll have some unsatisfied customers.
Kind of like how people hate Wal-Mart but I keep going back there.
Remember that most of of the people that will complain will be the unhappy one's. The satisfied hardly ever comment.

I have ordered twice and both times had problems. First order I paid extra for 3day shipping and took over a week to get. Now my second order I got a few things and my tank came in damaged. Sent it back out of my own pocket. My tracking said they had it for two days and when I talked to them they said they didn't know if they had it. The day after that I talked to them they said they had just got it in. Talked to them yesterday and they said they were going to ship it out and nothing. No going on 4 weeks dealing with them. For this amount of bull I just should have bought it local. I will never order from them again.

Bought around $900 worth of stuff from them on multiple occasions and they failed to perform every damn time.
My masks, never shipped, had to fight them for it, then gave up and called in CC Fraud to get my money back.
Marker I bought came a month late.
waaaay too many issues.
though I did buy a tank with the last bits of credits I had (spend no money yay  ) and it arrived the day after I bought it even though I picked the cheap 7 day shipping. Which is a fail on their part, but I'm happy.

My problem w/ ANS has nothing to do with their shipping or online store. My problem w/ ANS has to do with their dishonest business practices, such as them selling knock off merchandise that they machine in their shop as authentic equipment (DP Raps ASA, Guerrilla Air Myth regulator, & even the new Planet Eclipse POPS ASA).
Not only are they charging full price for items that aren't authentic, but they are made cheaply & unsafe. There were multiple safety issues w/ the RAPS ASA & the Myth regulator made by ANS.
Even after being called out for the RAPS & Myth knock offs, ANS repeatedly denied that they were not authentic. IIRC, only legal action from Guerrilla Air stopped them from selling the faux Myth regulators.
I think any company that does this repeatedly, should be avoided.
But, that is just my .02...
