I have skimmed the manual and havent had much help Can the stock Infamous Intimadator do psp? How to I cap it at 12?

EDIT:
Make sure you have the 1.5 code. (Infamous 1.5, Empire 1.5, there might be a Frenzy 1.5 but I'm not sure, it's all the same though.)
