From what I have read online so far, anythih below 50 gallons is very hard for a beginner. Is it worth trying or wait till I have room for a 50g?
I was thinking just 2 clown fish and a couple more small fish, along with live rock( no coral yet)
it is not too difficult to keep a 20 gallon saltwater aquarium. Heck, some people keep 5 gallon ones! It is all about how much time you are willing to put into it. Yes, you will have to be more careful about parameter swings. You will also have to get into the habit of doing water changes weekly. BUT this is not all that different than any other household aquarium. Just know that the parameters will swing easier, and do everything the right way.
Also, you are very limited as to what you can keep. So do your research because an overstocked tank is NO FUN FOR ANYONE haha.
