No....you would need a compressor that fills to 4500 psi. You would have to get your tank filled at your local paintball field/store or scuba shop. Hope that helps!

ya we use 4500 psi scuba tanks to fill our bottles at our home field. we are lucky we get free air from a local scuba shop but you can find an adapter to fill from the scuba tank to you HPA bottle
on eBay or some stores carry them
to

we can usually shoot a full day with 3 tanks and 7 guys practicing. it won't fill your tank to 4500 everytime but it will let you play all day

Another good thing to do with 4500psi tanks, if you can, is mandate a max fill of like 3800psi. It will allow you to play with a consistent amount of air longer. You don't get a full tank, but you don't have to adjust all day either.

I'd highly suggest a new tank... be very careful about used ones as there are a lot of the ones made from T6351 aluminum that dive shops won't fill any more.

Of course, I'm a bit prejudiced anyway since besides Gatsplat I also own http://www.scubatoys.com

And virtually no scuba tanks you will find will go to 4500. You are probably looking at getting an al80 3000, which runs about $150. And this calculator will tell you what the fills will be: http://www.scubatoys.com/paintball/scubafills2.asp

Scuba tanks are not in ci, they are in cf... so an al80 is an 80 cubic foot volume of air when full. Depending on your paintball tanks, they run from 5 - 12 cubic feet of air each. Using the calculator I posted the link to, you will see you will only get a few fills about 2000 with a single scuba tank. But it's a start and better than nothing.

you can use a shop compressor and a shoebox compressor, but it takes a while to fill one tank from the shoebox compressor.
best bet would probably be the scuba tanks for your application filling tanks throughout the day.
