haha its cool man thanks, ya its my buddys gun and he got it used to so idk whats up with it we turned the reg as high as it would go and its just to like 260psi and it still only shoots about 260fps so we lowered it back down to about 240 i guess now i will just start adding to the dwell a little, about how much at a time do you think i should add?

why dont you pull the reg off your gat and put it on his and see, he might just need a new reg..or a reg clean but its a pain to get the ion regs apart..

uhhh careful with that, what kind of pressure does the ego run at? the Epiphany runs at a different pressure than many guns. you dont want to go higher than 280. but as long as your reg does that then you should be fine.

think the ego is at like 150-160 to be 290fps and the epiphany can be like 250-280 right? so i dont think i want to mess with my egos tune to see if is epiphany works lol guess it will just be his problem

I think mine runs at like 200ish but I don't remember lol. But I thought it was 190-210 psi is what they operated at.

on the manual and what i have seen on most of the videos and all it says it can go up to 280, unless you start uping it with a dif bolt and qev and stuff but its all stock so around 260 or 280 is right so idlk...

Maybe thats where I'm at then idk haha. I would try another reg. Or set you pressure to what it says operating pressure is at then bottom out you dwell. And start setting you dwell. Until you get full consistent cycles then add about 4 clicks to that for safety. Then chrono and and adjust pressure to velocity and see what that does.

^^ yeah do that. like i said, my gun runs at 200 flat and starts doing strange things if i go higher. But if it's shooting and its under 300 you should be fine.

Try a different reg then do what he said with the dwell. Let us know. hopefully that will fix it.

ok i found a manual online i believe you said you had yours, now go to page 10 and read the first paragraph-"The dwell setting determines how long the Epiphany holds open its solenoid valve, which ultimately
affects how much gas is released to fire each shot. It is important to balance the dwell and the operating
pressure (the setting of the vertical regulator). Too high of a dwell with a low operating pressure will
cause poor gas efficiency and velocity drop-off. Too low of a dwell will leave the marker unable to properly
cycle through a full firing sequence. Dwell adjustment should be performed after changing Epiphany
fire chamber inserts. Dwell setting changes should not be used to adjust velocity."

and since ur dwell is maxed out i bet your rof delay is to which would set the gun up to shot 10.5 bps max rof, so bottom out both dweall and rof and gro from there..

wait mis read stock dwell is 52 clicks from bottom and stock rof delay is 50, but you should be able to go up to 90 clicks on both i believe..

okay so i changed the dwell and the rof and it seems that it helped alot i found the guide in the back of the manual to and i put the dwell at like 50 clicks and i put the rof at like 12 clicks and that is supose to mnake it around 15bps, i kept the psi at 240 and i am shooting around 260-290fps i know thats a big range, but that is whats going on right now i figured we will keep it like that for now and do some tinkering off and on and hope it gets better, i appreciate all your guys help, ,my buddie will appreciate it, he was at the point of just going to get a new gun
