New LV1

Hey everyone. I'll be picking up my LV1 tomorrow with a whole new tank and hopper. I saw the tuning video and read a bunch of threads. Is there anyhting outside of making it rain on my enemies that I should do when I take it out of the box?

I read that I shouold wait till I hit about 5-8 cases before tuning. I also am in NY right now and the weather is getting warmer (knowing the LV1 is tuned for winter out of box)

Thanks for al the feedback

Actually the LV1 comes tuned to be used in any weather.
I would suggest you just go out and play with it. Don't be too quick to get to tuning unnecessarily. PE markers come ready to go straight out the box.

I live in NY and first used my LV1 in the summer. Shot wonderfully. Haven't had to do any tuning of it yet

Ya if it's shooting great don't touch it! only tinker with it if you feel like something's not right. And yes I always take the batteries out of my guns and hoppers

don't touch it out of the box! i saw a noticable difference in performance after 3-4 cases and thats when i tuned mine..i'd wait that long if not longer (i got mine mid summer last year) but until at least 5 cases, i wouldn't touch anything other than the velocity adjuster if needed..don't change rammers, adjust sfr's, nothing..

Well....it was awesome. I had some drop off on my balls but I think that was due to the indoor velocity being at 240 fps.

Overall the LV1 was great and performed. It did have noticeable kick but I'll put that up to it not being broken in yet. I put 1500 shots through it....i literally made it rain haha.

Adjusting the trigger now to where I want it. Out of box was a little too far off for me so walking the trigger, although difficult regardless for me, was harder than normal.

Very impressed with the marker though.
